Sugarpill- Finally :)

Okay... Soo excited! *__*
I the near future I will order a whole plenty of the amaazing eyeshadows by sugarpill! *whoohooo*
For somemonths now I want this stuff and since I'm 16 I get some more pocket money(normally 5€ more each year, but this time little more more, forgot how much exactly^^) and I also have a job where I get 10€ per week, so I decided to choose some stuff, which I wanted.
The things I plan to order are:
-Sweetheart eyeshadow palette(including midori[green], tako[white], dollipop[pink] and afterparty[blue])
-burning heart eyeshadow palette(including poison plum[violet], love+[red], buttercupcake[yellow] and flamepoint[orange])
-bulletproof eyeshadow, this color is not included in any palette and I just wanted to have the current complete collection of pressed eyeshadows, plus I wanted at least one mono shadow, since the packaging is soo cute^^
-the duo lash adhesive(I know that this is NOT a sugarpill product, but I always wanted it and I thought this would be a great opportunity to get it :)

So... tell me, do you have products by them? Do you like/dislike them? Why? What do you have?
I personally am freakin' excited to get them, however I didn't even ordered the stuff yet and it can take up to 6 weeks to ship and since I live in germany it can definitely take almost that long :/

Okay, so... Thanks for reading, love 'ya all!
Kisses, SmilyLily

Galaxy Makeuo Howto-Describtion

Okay... Since I don't do much here on my blog, I decided to tipe some older looks down...
Like what I mostly used(if i remember) or how I did it...
Because of my trouble with video editing of my annoying camera(.mov files...-.-)I will probably strt making picture tutorials here on my blog... Just until I will find a way to edit my stuff :)
So, today I start with a look that I created in the middle of April, so not too long ago :)
Here is a picture of the look:
The inspration was a video by klairedelysart, where she made a kind of galaxy mask. I wanted to create something similar, just less dramatic, or less... big, I guess? :)
So... I used my nyx jumbo eye pencil and matte white eyeshadow to to the white part of the galaxy and the white lid part, pink eyeshadow from my 120 palette from fräulein 3°8, black eyeshadow(I don't remember which one...), white aqua face paint in a tube and glitter eyeliner.

What I did:
I first used a brush and some of the nyx pencil to make a big, blended spot on my cheek, under my very outer croner of my eye. Than I started to make the blended tail with the same method and lastly setted everything with a opaque, white eyeshadow(for the germans: flormar makes a GORGEOUS, super intesiv, matte white eyeshadow, which only costs 3€, if you don't want to have to buy sugarpills tako). After this I started to blend in a blue eyeshdow below and over the white tail and spot to make sky, blend as far as you want. On one side of the tail apply a lightbit of a pink eyeshadow.
Start on your eyes with the nyx pencil on your lid, without much blending and set again with a matte white. draw a cut crease with black eyeshadow or a black pencil liner and blend that slightly.
Beginning at that black blend a hit pink up to over your crease, but stop below your brow boen and leave space for a hightlight.
Make the pink more intesiv by tabbing some of a clear or translucent product(best is a eyebase or a moisturizer) and add more pink, this will especially work perfectly, if you want to add a completely new color on a very dry surface(f/e much eyeshadow), where it's hard to get any color on there.
Lastly apply some white on your browbone as a highlight, apply mascara and falsies, if you wish.
On the galaxy design on your cheek use an eyelienr brush to create some irregular, white spots with any white makeup(nyx pencil, face paint etc) and cover some of them with glitter eyeliner, i you wish.
Lastly contour your cheek bones heavily with some greyish brown or a bit ofgrey/black.
Choose a lipcolor you want(i didn't apply anything though...)

I hope you liked this look and found this helpful :)
If I forgout anything about the look, if you have questions or suggestions, feel free to ask :)
Have fun recreating it or changing ;) And I promise I'll make the next blogpost about a look as soon as I can :)

Delicious hot chocolate!

Hey friends! ;)

Yesterday I was drinking self made hot chocolat and I posted that on facebook(yes, I'm a little junkie of fb..:D)
A friend was like"i want too!" So I decided to type the recipe down for her and for you, so you can also drink this delicios thing! :D
What you need for one cup:
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 teaspoon of sugared cocoa(in germany for example nesquick)
1/1 teaspoon vanillasugar(bourbon vanilla is the best!)
If you want some whipped cream on top, you also need:
A little bit of whipped cream, like two or three tablespoons,
some (sugared) cacao(about half a teaspoon) and a pinch of vanilla sugar

1) Warm up about a quarter of the milk inside the cup in you microwave* for about a minute, so it's lukewarm(i hope that's right...)
2) Put in the vanilla sugar cocoa and the sugared into it and stir it
3) Put in the rest of the milk into it and warm it again, about 1 1/2 minute, so it's enough for you
4) Stir it again and taste, if it's enough cacao it in

For the cream:
Mix together the whipped cream and the rest together and put it onto you hot chocolat,
or put on the whipped cream and spread the cocoa over it

Aaaand, you're done!
I hope you like it and tell me what you think!
And, tell me, of you want more cooking tipps!

<3 U all,

Contest Entry to "AudFaced"

Heyo! ;)
On monday I finally could create an entry to AudFaceds "tim burtons scaracters contest".
First I was afraid not to be able to create one... But on monday I came home from school and I was like "however if it sucks or if I won't win, LET' DO IT!" :D
I had the plan for a longer time to create a similar design, I just added an opposite side then I took some pictures and this came out:

Yeah, I think that's it...
If you like it, please tell me or if you don't like, I also would like to hear it.
Requests or anything, you can tell me in the comments or e-mail me on:

Halloween Makeup creations 2/2

Okay... VERY late I'm now writing down the post about my second makeup creations video...
Video:

The first look is a frankenstein inspired look, just the female version... :P
It took at least an hour to get a good coverage of the green, because of I used eyeshadow
(120 platte by Fräulein 3°8)
The wound were drwan on, I think with kohl eyeliner, and the blood was an drugstore lipstick...

Okay... Now the second look was supposed to be a tryout for the TimBurton scaracters contest by AudFaced.
The makeup was inspired by "The Nightmare before Christmas",
kind of as my own character, but I'm not gonn use it actually... :/
Btw: Sry for the bad quality of the pictures, it looked A LOT better in real life...

The third makeup was done when I tried covering my brows for the first time, actually it was super hard to get my (quiet thick) brows any covered... :/
Yeah... Most things are already tol in the video...

The next design was a glittery, dark kind of mystic party makeup but that time I wrote a story about an angel, who cried black tears once, so I needed an idea how t achieve them...
What I did was, I scraped a little black eyeshaow in to a little... uhmm... Bosx or anything, than added some
sensitive, but alcohol based face toner(by balea, for the germans under you...), which I really was surprised about, that it didn't irritated my eyes, but it really worked well.

Now...
The fifth look was a manga inspired look, I only did one eye, because I just wanted to try this out, but I think it came out quiet good.
MichellePhan told in one of her videos, that it could make the work easier, if you can draw mangas, but it unfortunately it didn't really help... :(

Now... The last ones were all tryouts for the contest,
the first of these was kind of inspired of the dark and mystic landscape of the more gothic movies by Tim Burton, like the "human world" in "Corpse Bride" or some parts of "The Nightmare Before Christmas"
The second was really just being bored :P
Yeah... I love swirls and I love drwaing them on my face just as much as I like drwaing them on a paper...
This is an example of a swirl drwaing on paper(the swirls were drwan myself, yes, just the face itself was printed...)
Okay, the nest was the favourite of about... Everyone who already seen my pictures...
I first drew it on a pice of paper, then copied it to my face.
Okay, the final one was inspired by the beautiful, colorful landscape of "Alice in Wonderland"
First i started with a toad makeup, but i found it too boring, so I added more and more colors, before i finally got to this... :P

I hope you liked the looks, if you did, lease leave a comment in here, under the YT-Vieo or on my facebook page(just search for "SmilyLily")

Halloween 2011

Hey guys! ;)
What did you do this halloween?
Did you go to a party?
Did you do trick or treat?(no matter how old you are!)
Or did you just sit at home, watching some halloweenish movies and waiting for the children?

I actually went to a party of a friend, where I did the makeup of her friends(a mess! More than ten kids in about half an hour to an hour...), but the party was on friday, so a little early.
Exactly on Monday I went with the same friends trough the village, "trick or treat"ing... I know, I know, I'm too old for it, it's just for little kids, bla, bla, bla... Whatever? It's fun and I adore sweets, so what EVER?! :D
This was my costume:

What do you think? Unfortunately I didn't take pictures before going out, so the blood already chipped like old nailpolish... :(

However, I LOVE ragdolls, so I had to do it!
My friend soo wanted to be corpse bride after watching the movie, so I transford her into it! ;)
She really wore a bridal dress, whitch already was a little old and broken, so it really added to the effect!
Again unfortunetely I didn't take pictures of her, she looked really cool! I was proud of my work :P

Now... Even now, just days after it, I'm looking forward to the next halloween! :)

Now... That's it, I love you gus! :*

Halloween makeup creations part 1/2

Hey friends! :)
I wanted to show you my first beauty(more or less...)video on YouTube.
It's actually ot the newest one, I uploaded it at the beginning of septembre...
But I wanted to say something about the looks, more than already told you in the video.
First of all, here is the video:

The first looks are created at my friend.
As already dais they were inspired by fireworks, waterfalls and a video by MakeupbyRisa, which I watched some time ago. Link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2aVy2far0fo (yes it was uploaded at petriludes channel...)

Now ... About the look I've created.
The day I did this I met with two friends at ones of their houses to do makeup.
Unfortunately one of them didn't want me to upload pictures of her... But let me say, it was a greenish elf makeup with green lips, green eyemakeup and swirls...
Uhmm... Actually we did chat hours and hours figuring our looks. :D

Unfortunately I don't know exactly what I used, but mostly white and blue aqua colors by her and some pink and blue eyeshadows from my 120 palette by "Fräulein 38", which is a german makeup brand.
Thats all about this look... Lets go to the next one!

The second look was also created that day, but that time on myself... :D
As already said inspired by leopard, especially the desktp background of my friends laptop... :D

About what I used... The leopard spots were just red and yellow aqua color mixed together and the black lines also were aqua paint, black this time.
The coloration was a little bit eyeshadow from my palette and some dark brown-orang blush by avon
The other one was just edited with gimp... I wanted to see how it would look in green... :D

And... The third makeup is one of my most created ones...
I did this at least four times at myself and ones on another friend...
I think I've mostly used eyeshadow for it, maybe some pencil liner in black...
Whenever I will be able to film tutorials I will definetely
do this one! ;)

The last look is a good example for what I do when I'm bored... :D
Just took some eyeshadows and painted my lips.
The eyes were done in dark blue, inspired by a whirlpool look by klairedelysart... :D

Yeah... That was it and...
Stay well and of course stay tuned for the post about the other creation video! ;)

Halloween party- one week left!

My friend does a halloween-/birthday party and she asked me to do the makeup of all her friends!
That's sooo amazing! Just one thing, I have one week left until she trows her party(saturday, Octobre 22th) I didn't try out ANY of the look I need to create...
The looks are:
two dead danding queens,
zombie bride with stragulation marks(i have no idea how to do that...)
"Zovam"(mixture of a zombie and vampire)
Ghostgirl
Yeah... I think(how I told already in the face paint post)I will be a skull/skeleton, maybe a sugar skull/sugar skeleton.

I hope I can rock it out!!! ;)

hugs, Smilylily

New aqua face paints!!!

Hey guys!!! ;)
Today I found some really cool, cheap and soo good aqua color face paints!
I've searched for them EVERYWHERE(except the internet...) and now, while shopping with my daddy in a supermarket I found some!!!
It was a packet of four colors- white, black, red and silver. All the colors are super opaque and brilliant- for only 3€!!
I couldn't believe it when I saw that! ;)
Maybe I will try out a skull makeup this weekend- because I want to be one for my friends halloween-/birthdayparty. Of course I will take some pictures and upload them in here!
